Refunds & Returns Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item if this is the case. Our store does not accept returns or exchanges; once an item has been received it cannot be returned.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if they fall under the below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds if the customers change their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Store will not be held liable to any lost or mis-routed parcels.

Please ensure that all of the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. International customers must provide a phone number.

If you have other concerns, please contact our Customer Service via email (customerservice@skymaxpro.com). RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: Store will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses; otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

Once items are received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them. However, you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost are usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide.

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.

Warranty Policy

Skymaxpro provides warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. Abuse, modification, alterations, or use of any product outside its intended or described purpose can be grounds for denial of warranty claims. All products are covered against manufacturer defects and are not covered for normal wear and tear. Consumable items such as towels, pads, and applicators will be covered against defects for their average useful life as defined by Skymaxpro. Partial credit is possible in place of non-warranty returns or items returned in a condition indicative of improper or unintended use.
Warranty and guarantee apply to the original owner only and are non transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

Special One-Time Offers at additional discounts are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns/cancellations.

Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24-hour window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.

Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the refund reflects on the customer’s bank account.

How to Ensure your Refund

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement.

Nine. Shop reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
